How To Apply As Parks, Culture & Recreation Board Commissioner
Applicants with a variety of skills, interests, and experiences are encouraged to apply.
Four general members of the Parks, Culture & Recreation Board must reside within the City of Lacey; the fifth general member must reside within the city or the Lacey Urban Growth Area (UGA).
Members must be able to commit to monthly board meetings, occasional joint planning sessions, and required preparation time.
TERMS OF OFFICE
Parks, Culture & Recreation Board Commissioners serve 3-year terms with a 2-term service limit.
All commission members serve in a volunteer capacity.
