FAQs
How many people can we expect at this event?
Children’s Day typically has an attendance of 3,000-5,000 people.
How much does a booth cost?
There is no fee to host a booth; however, all booths must provide a free activity or giveaway for attendees.
What is the theme?
This year’s theme is BUGS! We encourage booths to use the theme to inspire their decorations and activities, but it is not required. Just for fun!
How many giveaways should we provide?
We recommend having 500-1,000 giveaways along with a back up activity in case you run out.
What if it rains?
This event happens rain or shine! Don’t forget to bring your own canopy, tables & chairs for your booth.
Can I sell things at my booth?
No, there is no selling at this event. You may advertise your business and network with community members! Approved food vendors are the only groups allowed to sell items.
How many booths can we expect at this event?
Children’s Day usually hosts around 50 booths along with inflatables and stage entertainment!
Is there electricity?
Electricity is available, but limited. We will do our best to accommodate all who request electricity on their application.
