Program Description

Journey back to 1775 and listen to the words which sparked the American Revolution. This is not a listing of facts, rather, a revealing story of key moments resulting in a document which changed the lives of every American, forever. 

Speaker

Art Dolan is a retired science teacher from Spokane who relocated to Olympia in 2005. Twelve years ago, while studying his genealogy, he and his wife, Laurie Dolan, discovered that their Revolutionary War great grandfathers both fought at Lexington and Concord in 1776 and were possibly neighbors. His excitement of this discovery ignited a passion to learn more about the American Revolution.
