Enjoy lighted vehicles, activities, petting zoo and photos with Santa! Plus, the lighting of Huntamer Park for the Holiday season.

Huntamer Park
Head to Huntamer Park and join us for the free annual lighting of the Christmas tree in an old-fashioned ceremony where Santa is the guest of honor! Families are invited to visit with Santa and other holiday ‘celebrities’ to take photos throughout the entire event.
At 5:30 pm you won’t want to miss the park lighting ceremony with the flipping of the Candy Cane Switch to light up the whole park!
Enjoy and explore lighted vehicle displays, food, activity booths and our Christmas Petting Zoo.

Enjoy a tasty treat from local food vendors as you enjoy the lights and festivities.

Experience all the magic up close for free! Lighted vehicles will be parked and displayed around the park during the event. Businesses, clubs, and individuals are invited to deck out their vehicles in lights and compete for titles like “Most Cheer”.

FAQs
Will roads be closed?
For the safety of our event participants and visitors, Woodland Square Loop SE (adjacent to the park) will be closed for the duration of the event (3:00 – 7:30 pm).
At the end of the event, road closures will be opened and lighted vehicles will be guided out of the park.
Will the lights stay up after the event?
Yes! After this lighting ceremony, the holiday lights will be on nightly through the end of the year. Look for signs in the park with instructions to enjoy an interactive light display set to music you can tune into on your car radio!
Is the event free?
Yes! This is a free community event.
The only costs would be in purchasing food from our local vendors.
Lighted vehicles and activity booths are free!
