Lacey In Tune has been providing great entertainment since 1995. The six week series includes Tuesday evening Children’s Entertainment, Wednesday noon concerts, and Friday night concerts & movies at Huntamer Park.

Lacey In Tune is the place to be this summer!
Each summer Lacey presents a series of entertainment in beautiful Huntamer Park. Each show draws 100-900 people depending on weather and the popularity of the act/movie.
Tuesday nights offer a variety of Children’s Entertainers, Wednesdays are lunch time concerts and Friday nights are music and movies!
Admission is free to the public & vendors can choose 1 portion of the series (like Tuesdays) or the entire thing for the same price!

Vendor Policies & Information
Applications & Pricing
Applications are due by June 16, 2023.
Vendors can choose 1 series or all three for the same price.
The vendor fee is $100 if accepted, plus $100 refundable deposit. This will be due within three business days of acceptance email.
Vendors are required to attend all scheduled/selected events or risk loss of deposit.
Permits & Insurance
Vendors must be licensed and/or possess a permit from the Department of Revenue.
Food vendors are required to provide a copy of their Thurston County Health Department certification/permits. Please contact the Health
Department at (360) 786-5590 with questions.
Vendors must also attain a Certificate of Insurance for public liability coverage of not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage liability. Contact us at events@ci.lacey.wa.us or call (360)491-0857 if you have questions or need help obtaining this certificate.
Set Up & Operation
Vendors must arrive no later than one hour before show time & are responsible for following local health, fire, and water quality codes.
No vendor shall assign or sub-lease any part of their concession. Signage on booths will only include those related to direct operation of food sales.

How many people attend Lacey In Tune?
Typical attendance averages 400 per event & between 8,000-10,000 all ages overall.
This is a free event for people of all ages, but is primarily family-oriented.
Do I have to sign up for every series?
No. You can choose the series that work for your schedule.

What paperwork do I need to submit as a vendor?
Aside from the application, vendors must be licensed and/or possess a permit from the Department of Revenue.
