Creature Teachers
August 12, 2025
6:30 pm | Huntamer Park
Join us to learn all about reptiles with Creature Teachers. As a child Kriens loved learning about animals, it was very frustrating for me to not have any way to experience them other than what I could watch on the television. I yearned for a way to have contact with animals and craved information on them. I was a sponge.
As I grew, it was even more difficult to find an outlet for my passion. Finally in college I was able to intern for a few organizations where I could get my hands dirty and work with animals one on one! It was the outlet I’d been searching for! Now I strive to give children a way to nurture their passion for nature and animals.
In an increasingly technological world, where children’s only excitement comes from electronics and video games, let me shake things up and stir a passion inside them for our natural world!
