Civic Plaza

A small urban greenspace with a landscaped flag plaza and an armed forces monument grace Lacey’s community entrance portal.

The site is owned by the Washington State Dept of Transportation, and the City has been maintaining it as a park since 1979. A group of community members named the Lacey Civic Committee donated materials and labor to construct the plaza.
