The front elevation of the residence exhibits a replacement single-leaf vinyl door with fanlight beneath a shed roof porch formed by an extension of the eaves. The shed roof porch is supported by four wood posts with decorative vergeboard forming arched capitals and two rows of wide wood slats forming a balustrade. The door opens onto a poured concrete stoop and walkway. The front elevation exhibits three original aluminum windows with fixed wood shutters and thin wood surrounds lacking sills including: one three-sash ribbon window and two horizontal-sliding windows. The residence rests upon a poured concrete foundation.
