Statement Of Significance A particularly noteworthy example of the suburban housing commonly developed during this era. Built by Lawrence Hall (see L2-50) who developed several houses in the Hall’s Subdivision. An adjacent house appears to follow a very similar plan although somewhat less elaborately constructed. Physical Description This modern suburban residence (difficult to photograph) is a particularly noteworthy example of good quality suburban housing popularly built during this ear. This home exhibits distinctive Ranch Style features; asymmetrical one-story form with low-pitched hipped roof, prominent chimney, wide overhangs, attached two-car garage, distinctive combination of wooden/brick wall cladding.
