This house exhibits some “minimal traditional” stylistic features popular during this period in conjunction with atypical materials and earlier stylistic elements. Atypical are the steeply pitched roof form with prominent entry porch roof, concrete block construction and combination picture windows with bungalow style horizontal band. Shutters appear to be recent addition.
