Statement Of Significance This house was originally located near the intersection of Golf Club Road and Lacey Boulevard and was relocated at this site c. 1955. It may have been originally built for John Larson, a brother to al Larson owner of Larson’s corner (L2-45). Apparently by the mid-1950’s development along the Lacey Boulevard/Pacific Avenue corridor made it necessary/ advantageous to move the house to this neighborhood, where good quality post-WWII suburban housing had been developed. Physical Description Appears to have been partially altered, possibly during c. 1958 move. Includes modest builders’ colonial Revival features which were popular during the 1920s; traditional side gable form with shed dormers, multi-pane sash, sunroom at the north end of the first floor, prominent porch with brackets (? original).
