This rectangular, one-story, residence with attached garage is near the end of a dead end street. The foundation is post and pier with vertical wood skirting. The doublewall woodframe structural system is covered with cedar shingles. The moderately sloped gable roof is covered with composition shingles. The fenestration is asymmetric. There is a centered, side gable main entry. It is protected under a low-pitched roof and has no supports. There is a wooden porch with concrete steps. The windows are predominately wood sash, though a few aluminum sash sliding windows are present. The front facade has a large, fixed, wood sash window with five panes of different sizes. Also in the front facade is a four pane sliding wood sash and an awning window with three vertical oriented panes. These latter are also found int he north facade. There are no windows on the south facade which is the gable end with the garage. 1999: The property has been demolished. There is a shed roof covered back porch in the northwest corner.
