The water tank is eligible for the National Register under Criterion C due to its excellent integrity. The only alteration to the resource is the cellular installations on it. Physical Description The water tank at 1349 Paradise Court SE includes a water tank and three cellular equipment installations. The water tank dates to 1960, according to the Thurston County Assessor, and is 78 feet tall. The water tank is painted white with a thin gray line encircling the upper edge of the tank. There is an access ladder on the southeast quadrant of the water tank. A catwalk encircles the upper part of the tank.
