The Lacey Spring Fun Fair Mission:
The Lacey Spring Fun Fair aims to build community, pride, and identity, and to provide an annual event that offers fun activities and educational opportunities for families and people of all ages.
Booths and/or space will not be made available for the purpose of advocating a political, social, or religious point of view.

FAQs
How many people come to Fun Fair?
The Lacey Spring Fun Fair is one of the largest two-day festivals in Southwest Washington, with over 20,000 people in attendance! This FREE event attracts families from the entire South Sound region and is a great opportunity for our participants.
How much is a booth?
Booth prices vary depending on the type of vendor, size of booth, and date of application. Payment is due within 10 days of acceptance notice or space will be forfeited.
Before February 12, 2024 a 10×10 Commercial vendor booth is $250, and a 10×10 artisan vendor booth is $200.
Food booths are $250 plus 10% of gross fair sales. A $100 refundable deposit for prompt arrival and clean up will also be collected.

What products can I sell?
Vendors can sell family friendly products only. No blades, toy guns, tobacco, or CBD products (including e-cigarettes and other smoking paraphernalia). Fun Fair reserves the right to exclude selling of questionable items prior to approval.
All artisan products must be at least 75% created by the applicant.
Booths/space will not be made available to groups or individuals for the purpose of advocating a particular political, social, or religious point of view. In the conduct of the festival, individuals or groups will not be allowed to solicit outside of established booths/space.
When are the application deadlines?
Completed applications must be received by 5:00pm on Monday, February 12, 2024 in order to receive the early bird rate. Regular rates apply February 13 – April 19.
Applications after April 19 will be accepted only if vendor space is available and will be charged an additional $50 fee.
Food vendor applications will be reviewed after the deadline date of February 12, 2024. Applicants will be notified by February 20 of their acceptance or non-acceptance via email.
